​The ALL NEW Fire Cam 1080 Fire Helmet Camera™ is the best professional High Definition Fire Helmet Camera we have designed yet! Recording in 1080p (1920 x 1080) AND 720p (1280 x 720) High Definition with a 170 degree wide angle lens, the Fire Cam 1080 one of the smallest helmet cameras in the WORLD! The size of the camera is only 32mm x 104mm and weighs 4 oz. It can also capture photos which makes it a great tool for investigations! Built by firefighters, this Fire Camera is made of heat resistant anodized aluminum with heat resistant glass lens specifically designed for interior firefighting. The camera can take on temperatures upwards to 900F for short periods of time and 2000F flash temperatures. It is designed for interior firefighting. It is not recommended for concrete training towers or flashover chambers where it could sustain high temps for long periods of time.

​The BJ004 BlackJack mount specifically designed for Fire Cam is INCLUDED! It also comes with a water resistant sound cap (for audio) and a waterproof cap capable of going UNDERWATER for 10m!
Other accessories that come with the Fire Cam 1080 are 2 spare rechargeable batteries, USB cable and battery charger. Selecting 1080p on the camera lets you shoot at 30 fps for crystal clear HD video and selecting 720p lets you shoot at 60 fps for AMAZING slow motion shots! The Fire Cam 1080 has a new "vibrate" technology. When turning ON / OFF or RECORD, the camera "vibrates" for a second to let you know it is on / off or recording. This is extremely helpful so you don't have to take your helmet off of your head if you don't need to. The Fire Cam 1080 needs to use a CLASS 6 or CLASS 10 Micro SDHC card for the smoothest video.
